【10 Div Full-Unique】Self-Cast Glacial Cascade HITS Like a TRUCK! Huge AOE = x3 DPS Overlaps? 3.21

Hey guys, here's another non-meta spell skill that no one talks about - Glacial Cascade...and we're making it Self-Cast! We picked Raider for the speed boost(Onslaught) + EZ Spell suppression Cap, so that we're able to make this build dealing good DPS while having some DEF layer. Anyway, this build invests alot in AOE so that GC's first to final bursts could hit an enemy, dealing overlap DPS! :)

• Decent clearspeed (Huge Herald of Ice explosions though)
• Moderate tankiness

• Too many ways to scale more potential DPS
• Rare Weapon with GG spell mods (+1 lvl, cold damage, phys as xx, etc)
• Rare accessories to cap resists + more DPS mods
• Better jewels, awakened gems, etc
• More POWER CHARGE = More AOEEEE
