Power charge stacking again? Yep! This time, as an elementalist, we steal the power charge from occultist. Using Mastermind of Discord is a great way to get big lowered resistances from cold and fire exposure. Between Forbidden Power, Heart of Destruction and our cluster jewels, we get massive AoE to get our glacial cascade waves to overlap.
This build was not tested against ubers (not tanky enough and I hate Ubers), but it absolutely slaps the pinnacle bosses otherwise. It would make it even faster if you did a ralakesh swap before the fight to get your charges, but I hate gear swaps so I just go in dry. As a mapper, this build was incredible fast and safe. Shatters are a blast, and this build freezes absolutely everything.
This isn't the best build I've played this league as far as damage or tankiness, but there is no question it was the most fun and most satisfying. I put a decent amount of currency into this, and a lot of it is overkill (elevated frenzy chest, etc). If you're looking to dump some currency into a fun all arounder, this one was a blast!
