PoE Lab Runner builds without Mageblood with custom stat filters

With the changes to monsters HPs, our damage reduction and survivability, I think it's time to dust off my Bodyswap chieftain. I cannibalized this one from an obscure 3.1 and 3.9 builds, where the first one was truthful, the other had half the damage boosted in typical POB warrior, fashion and was crit based, and brought it to the modern age of 3.15. --- POB Settings: Shaper, no bullshit damage multipliers Flask off, (except MS-old one). Okay, I know there's been quite a few shield crush build theories and discussions recently on this sub. But I've put together a decently geared character on PoB using Shield Charge as an analog and it's actually looking really strong despite lacking the ability to use a strong MH weapon with the good bleed mods you'd find on "normal" bleed builds. &x200B; I made the shield 2500 armour, which I think is perfectly achievable via Deafening Dread essence crafting. PoB: Exsanguinate + Arcanist Brand From what I saw, Exsanguinate doesn't seem like an amazing spell to self-cast. Spell Totems seem like the obvious solution, but I think Arcanist Brands will provide the smoothest playstyle. Exsanguinate doesn't seem to suffer from its downsides (a lot). Question: Is the DoT debuff affected by the damage reduction from Arcanist Brand? I can see it going both ways depending on how one interprets the wording. If not, this could turn out godly.
