PoE 3.26 Secrets of the Atlas Awakened Cast On Critical Strike, Templar, T17 builds with custom stat filters

Disclaimer: This build is pretty expensive now with the upgraded pieces but I ran most of the league with much cheaper variants. It is my only build so I dumped currency into it. I like CoC so I wanted to turn my league starter into a CoC variation and could not find anyone doing a Heiro variant so I kinda winged it a bit.
