I guess this is not very original but ever since i started playing POE I really liked Strom Brand. This league was the fist where I managed to get to t16 Map and make some amount of curreny. But I got stuck on one build using Hexblast. I saw a crafting video on YT - someone crafting an insane 7L SB Helmet, so i thought i wanted to make my own build based around that Item. I know this will be VERY EXPENSIVE if even possible, so that is what I want to find out. Please let me know if you think this would be possible to pull off. I created this pob in my spare time trying to pull a skill that I like a lot, I think it was relatively cheap, and the damage looks great! Is there something wrong with pob? Is it possible to optimize further? ty. ;)

Currently at level 91. Still trying to sort out my resistances. Used Purity of Elements up until recently. Now switched to two more jewels with the res and then Wrath aura. Any improvement ideas would be greatly appreciated.
