3.19 Spectre Information: Due to the nerfs to Frenzy charges for minions, Frenzy and Power Charge spectres lose alot of power and are not as essential to run. During the campaign, these are the spectres we're looking to use: Act3 to Act4: Carnage Chieftains (x2) Act 4 to Act6: If you can get access to Frost Autoscouts from someone elses Hideout, use them. If this is a very early league start and no one has Frost Autoscouts yet, keep running Carnage Chieftains or any other cool spectre you find.
