Hello! First time posting here because I thought I had a good idea.There may be some similar builds, but haven't really noticed any. Thought this could be a thing and would love some feedback and help on the build. tl;dr - BONK. --- NOTE: This requires nearly EVERY source of "increased stun duration on enemies" in the game in order to achieve a duration that leaves wiggle room for monsters with stun duration resistance.
