PoE Charisma, Shield Charge, Deadeye, Cold builds without Mageblood

Taking Jungroan build to the max. I am currently the highest dps on poeninja for Divergent Creeping Frost Deadeye. This is even without haste slotted in. That would put me over 250mil. However, I went with grace as this version is stable and not pob warrior as most other character on poe ninja.
