PoE builds similar to Fire Burst Autobomber Assassin - A Promising Work in Progress (Path of Exile)

With the rising popularity of self-chill builds I was thinking about using that with raider. The thought process is to benefit from the dodge tankiness of raider + using Voltaxic Rift's shock with ice shot. Damage will be split between lightning & ice for trinity, as well as some added chaos damage. Also thinking of using The Taming for the increase hit damage for each ailment affecting the enemy. With my PoB I have 81% chance to shock and 66% chance to ignite. Thoughts?

Disclaimer: I only do trading as a last resort for build enabling uniques I can't seem to find myself, everything else I do is self-found I've been leveling and experimenting with my own Bladefall/Blade Blast Poison Assassin in my free time when I feel like playing PoE. Was bored and playing PoB. I've never played CoC, so there's probably flaws I'm unaware of. DPS seems low but its hard to tell what the aoe overlap will be like. Any thoughts/suggestions? edit updated pastebin update got bored and gave up on it. here's the current if you want it

I quickly got bored of all the builds I played this league so I decided to return to my roots and make an Arc Archmage Elementalist. Well, Pledge of Hands felt like shit to me, so over the past few days, the build evolved into a Dodgy Arcssassin, stacking power+frenzy charges. I've spent \~20ex on the build so far, but you can get decent results with 12-15ex as well.
