PoE builds similar to Awakened Frost Bomb is OP! - Path of Exile (3.13 Ritual)

Here is a rough POB setup for frost bomb. A lot is missing and could be improved, but all things considered I don't think it is that bad... Gotta set up its defenses though if I want to use it. I am looking for general thoughts on it. I know it is missing a lot, I'm relatively new to making POBs so I still don't know where to add everything or how to make reasonable rares.

In 3.14 that was my favorite build, unfortunately, that build lost more than 1M dps in 3.15 due to various nerfs But this time, with the buff of the Skin of the Loyal armor (from +1 to +2 gem lvl) and the new mastery system, i managed to get back to its original 3.14 strength! This is not the strongest build I've ever played, although it's honestly pretty decent for a total hipster build. If you're looking for a build that never dies and can obliterate A8 Sirus in seconds, this is not that. I think I'd share my most successful build this league, which I actually started with. I had an absolute blast playing this build, so if some of you guys looking for inspiration maybe it's the one you need. I've done all content in the game including Awakener 8 The Feared and 100% Delirious maps (this one is not so comfortable, but doable). Simulacrums are cakewalks.
