Is the build still good in 3.28? Yes, elementalist is getting a slight nerf, but the new transfigured Creeping Frost gem is better for this build.

Should I play wintertide brand? It is good in campaign, but I personally dislike it for early progression up to 4 stones and wouldn't play it without good gear (You still can if you want to)
