PoE builds similar to Lightning Tendrils Raider - 1 Div Challenge | PoE 3.24 Necropolis

Hey guys, I'm asking for some ideas/critique/help with my possible Lighting Tendies starter for 3.17 Some highlights of the build: Defenses: 20k+ armour, Petrified Blood, 2,1k Elemental Aegis, Reflect Immune, 1k ES, 5k+ Health, Corrupted Blood Immunity, Shock Immune, Reduced effect on chill and ignite (50%+) Life Recovery: 400 hp regen, 1k hp leech, 50% damage taken recouped as life, 3% life recovered on kill 1,3m current dps, should be around 3m dps with Phantasmal gem in 3.17. Thread link: Current minimum shock effect (w/o Inpulsa, just from the tree): 15% (1 + 1.25 (0.1 + 0.4 + 0.5)) = 33.75% For some reason PoB doesn't account for the 50% of the mastery on crit. Should be taken into account for the minimum effect from ascendancy node. Will have to confirm in-game. I've been diving deep into the world of Path of Exile with my own take on a Hierophant Totem build using Lightning Tendrils, drawing inspiration from the formidable Tatiantel2. Currently, I find myself at Red Maps, striving to complete my Atlas and fine-tuning my farming strategy. However, I believe there's room for improvement in my build, and I'm reaching out to the community for some guidance. The focus is of my build is on ramping up cast speed and crit multi for Lightning Tendrils Damage, and spell suppression and mana since my main defensive layer is "MoM" and spell suppression. I just

im still a noob so can a smarter person improve this? if u have the time in the upcoming patch notes lightning tendrils got buffed and guarantees crit every 3 pulses so i kinda want to combine it the new arcane surge ( grants cast speed instead of spell damage) so it's kinda easier now to proc Elemental overload it's a little clunky (2 buttons: hydropshere then lightning tendrils) and slow pob : (lightning tendrils and arcane surge is not updated yet in pob so dps might change) what u guys think?
