PoE builds similar to Doryani's prototype + arc traps = god tier combo ~ Path of exile 3.13 (poe ritual)

End of league project. Wanted to try a different approach on this item combination. The Cwc Arc Setup is basically enough for clearing T16s rather comfy and so I focussed on getting cdr, 10 aps and 100% hit chance to proc Mjölner as often as possible. Here's what I came up with: Does anyone see obvious improvement ideas?

PoB: I'm currently trying to build around the new Saboteur Triggerbot changes and came up with a Bow-based CoC build. I wanted to try something outside of the usual Frostbolt / Ice Nova / Ice Spear variants, so I gave lightning a try with Arc + Voltaxic Burst and Shock Nova in Asenath's for BIG shock support.
