I am a bit of a newbie since this is my 2nd league ( since betrayal ) and I was wondering if someone would be able to point me in the right direction as to what I should spend my budget on. Played lightning strike for a while this league as raider and figured i might league start it again as it felt very solid. Champion is the strongest choice in my opinion for a tri ele lightning striker right now though slayer is also a option for sure. Not much new can be said about champion at this point, permanent fortify synergy with perseverance is just too good, stacking armour and evasion and turning it into damage with a free onslaught on top. League startish pob, only 2 key uniques devouring diadem and perseverance. Both can be pricy at the start but are
