Hey everyone!

I am a bit of a newbie since this is my 2nd league ( since betrayal ) and I was wondering if someone would be able to point me in the right direction as to what I should spend my budget on.

This is my current POB ( https://pastebin.com/NERZ2Cf3 ). I mainly followed builds on poe.ninja ( sorted by dps :D ).

I have about a 30-40div budget currently that I could spend on upgrades, but I would like to boost my tankiness since I still get randomly oneshot by things and I would like to be able to level further.

I was looking at buying a forbidden jewel set to allocate brutal fervour, but I am not sure wether this would be the best decision for me currently.
