PoE builds similar to My favourite FLEX BUILD on HCSSF - Assassin INT Stacking Wander Build Update

So I want to make a Int Stacker Wander that would poison using Volkuur's guidance (Lightning damage can poison) and "Lightning dmg per 10 Int" wand. I was wondering if it could work. I've made this preleminary PoB (VERY BASIC, JUST FILLER ITEMS AND TREE NOT FULLY FIGURED OUT YET) which seems to indicate that it could work. Now my question is, how hard/expensive is it to get 1k Int (I have no experience at all with Int Stacker)? My bugdet is about 30ex (maybe more if I liquidate my Storm Brand stuff).

Hi Guys, I want to share my take on int stacking wander this league. The main difference is I am using raider, grace aura, and shaper's touch to reach 95% evasion and 100% spell suppression. This allowed me to play int stacking wander starting at 10-20 ex, instead of100 ex+. my current pob: my current poeninja: [

gems:around 50c armour:100c get a elder/hunter 6 land ilv 84+ (pref:int base for colour)and spam serrated fossils till you hit t 1 critical attacks gloves:50c i just bought mine rings:around 25c/50 just get life and attributs amulet:40c-50c i got 25% one but it is overkill and does not matter pretty sure around 20% should suffice boots:100c i bought mine belt:30c bought mine helmet:100c bought it wand:75c -get a wand with high spell damage and either global crit mult./crit chance or spell damage and spam deafening hatred or anger(whichevers ailment you prefer) until you get some good rolls

Example for an early endgame PoB for a KB/Power Siphon wander - Note: progressing this build through acts into this endgame well be complicated and I wouldn't recommend for new players. The build as shown can pretty easily kill base-level bosses (shaper, maven, elder, etc.) --- but I think it's going to be a good bit of damage short for uber bosses. Let me know if you see any relatively easy upgrades you'd expect to be able to make within the first week of a new league. Note - suppression rolls on gear will go down, I expec
