Showcase of a Saqawal Twister build using Chieftain. Most of the map was done with Void Spark MTX for visibility (yes, build is P2W) - Go to the end for boss kill without MTX.

Offence:

• Twister was buffed in 3.19 with 15% reduced skill duration available via Timeclasp and Warped Timepiece to be at 85% reduced skill duration, which is the equivalent of 100% more damage on this build. We hit a 0.066 proc rate on Aspect of the Avian (linked on shield), which gives more than 15 triggers per second.
• The Black Cane with lvl 21 Phantasm adds 484-749 flat phys to Twister's abysmal base 280-420 dmg - that is 175% more dmg.
• Showcase uses Greater Volley for clear. Swapping to Elemental Focus can give around 6m single target dps, which I think is respectable for Twister.

Defence:

• Don’t get hit. Seriously, this is the main defence.
• Amazing sustain with LGoH Watchers Eye providing tons of recovery even on single targets, since you hit so many times per second (15 casts, with each twister hitting 4 times).
• Mediocre armour and evasion with 20% phys conversion from chieftain.
• Possible to build more defensively with end charges, block, or Jugg passive, at the cost of damage.

Overall a really fun build to play and put together. Doubt it is uber pinnacle boss viable unless you are amazing at the mechanics but normal ones are fine.

Can't really recommend it purely because getting well-rolled gloves/boots is costly and there is barely any supply. Still a work in progress with more min-maxing potential. Obviously Mageblood would be huge since the build is so unique heavy. Would also want to try crafting an explodey chest.
