PoE Reap builds without Cast On Critical Strike, Charged Mines, Efficacy, Trickster

Last time around I had posted my self-cast Eye of Winter Occy in 3.16 (which can be found here) and had people enjoying it and taking the ideas and concepts to levels not even I thought of. I always heard trap/miners were glass cannon so I wanted to take advantage of the massive amounts of incoming life/ES from tinkerskin. Honestly it felt pretty solid defensively, I ran a 15 summit full of porcupines and never had a death clearing and I was just kind of running headfirst in, the build had a strict 1ex budget so a 6Link tinker was out of the question which is a pretty significant problem but overall it wasn't too bad I just don't think the trap life is for me. So I whipped together a rather simple build, since I haven't seen anyone go about this the Occultist way. I'm looking for some feedback \- mainly from people who have tried the skills already or just everyone that enjoys being a bit of a PoB warrior. The main idea is to have good AoE with Reap by stacking up some power charges and focusing on on-hit damage, rather than the DoT. Exsanguinate is used with Unleash to hit 3 DoT stacks with each cast and/or cover more targets with the linked (Hextouch) curses - Vulnerability and Assassin's Mark.
