PoE Flicker Strike, League Starter builds with custom stat filters

PoB: This is a PoB for the new Corrupting Cry Support (CCS). Since it's new, I don't know exactly how it will perform, but it isn't too different from Exsang./Reap DoT, which I've league started before. I've added a couple of hipster techs to spice it up, though. CCS has a lot of base damage, but not as many ways to scale it as Exsang. and Reap since it's not a skill gem. That rules out weapons like Cold Iron Point or wands with +1 to all (physical) skill gems. For your weapon then, you can pick up a bow with +2 to socketed support gems or try scaling minion dama
