PoE Vaal Blade Vortex, League Starter builds

Yo fellas, lets talk about Cold BV and using the new Ring Anathema. I leaguestarted right away with this Build as I saw the last line on the "Asphyxia's Wrath" Quiver and "Anathema" the new Curse Ring which sets your Curse Limit at your Maximum Power Charges. The last line says "Hexes transfer to all enemies in a range of 30 when hexed enemies dies". Since most Cold BV builds already playing with this Quiver and have a lot of Power Charges, this would be the perfect Playground. Cold BV of course abuses Explosions in every possible way (Occultist, Herald of Ice, Herald of Ash, Explosion Ches

Disclaimer, consider this pob as a rough guideline transition from after the budget pob: Progression from beginning maps to iridescent/screaming. Asenath's Gentle Touch is cheap AF this league and makes PBV insane ATM for farming T16s. Ming's Heart + chaos catalyst is crazy damage for phys poison builds. Obliteration is also pretty crazy. Arcanist Brand BFBB makes the build's bossing much more acceptable for dumb fights, and is a moderate investment gear swap. The tree is set up for fast shield charging + QoL things like big AoE for mapping, inc. skill duration, unleash seals, charge on kill, etc. Despite all of this it absolutely slaps damage-wise. Ventrua had put out a poison BV occultist for league start but I also like to play Assassin and it's more point efficient (though potentially still worse than Occultist), so I thought I'd share my work. All of these PoBs are built on top of Ventrua's PoB. These builds will focus on incorporating alternatives to Profane Bloom as a priority. Looking for suggestions on an Occultist Cold-BV league starter. Budget: low (Mostly spending for 2 strong prefixes on staff) If you've got suggestions on where to take it for min-maxing, that would also be great; I'm coming back after a couple of leagues so I'm \rusty\ - should I go powercharges with 2x Void Battery? Something else? etc - I expect I'll want to respec eventually once I can craft/purchase decent cluster jewels, but don't want to assume I'll be getting them pre-red maps.
