PoE Projectile builds with custom stat filters

After torturing myself with possibly the most clunky earthshatter slam build last league, I've decided to return to the good ol' Cyclone CoC archetype. Mostly inspired by this build ( and the relative juiciness of PF TR to league start post-patch, Pathfinder looks like an overall top-tier class in which to invest. ​ Obviously, this endgame min-maxed PoB will still be able to do all content with ~200m DPS, but the question is whether a mid-range build that transitions from TR at 20-30 ex investment will suffice for elder/shaper guardians and above. The build ad
