PoE Flicker Strike builds without Herald of Ice, Shattering Palm

I was thinking of using self poison in combination with the sextants to get a lot of damage and movement speed, but all guides on how to do this use the assassins. My build uses the golden rule in combination with the slayer ascendancy, hemophilia and the red rail to sustain frenzy charges. But I was thinking of allocating "swift venoms" since it only requires 3 passive points. definitely not the dps you can pull out in regular mapping or even in boss fights but if you somehow can get all the buffs off than nothing can stand a chance against you.

definitely a pob warrior tree. you wont have all those buffs activated at once for 99.99% of the game.but if you do somehow get all the buff on than for the split second you can reach flicker dps heaven. the budget for the pob items is around 2 mirrors. for bossing you put on a frenzy on hit chest with all the same mods but explode is replaced with frenzy on hit. also good luck rolling on the elegant hubris

With evasion "standart" armor she gets up to %70 phy reduction. %24 physical overwhelm, %25 impale overwhelm. %220~~ increased life, for my hardcore needs. Was bored and playing PoB. I've never played CoC, so there's probably flaws I'm unaware of. DPS seems low but its hard to tell what the aoe overlap will be like. Any thoughts/suggestions? edit updated pastebin update got bored and gave up on it. here's the current if you want it
