This is a scuffed build from my hierophant that I'm trying to convert into Inquisitor with fanaticism and consecrated ground in mind. The idea is to use cyclone with cwc creeping frost to generate power charges and keep stacking fanaticism charges while benefiting massively through a storm call burst damage with 75% cast speed and AOE.
