PoE Hex builds without Glancing Blows, Headhunter, Mageblood with custom stat filters

Wanted to share this Voidsphere cheese build since it's been so fun and profitable. Just hit 2000 rank in TotA tonight, never lost a round or tournament. Credit to u/dmillz89 who posted this build that I adopted and modified.
