After watching Empyrian's newest video, I was reminded of world carver and was curious if I could put something together that actually resembled something useful while mapping/bossing. To catch those interested up, World Carver gloves place a slipstream on the ground once you spend 200 mana with a 4 second cooldown. If you combine that with Torrent's Reclamation, and Tailwind from Deadeye Ascendent node, you end up with 28% increased action speed. That got my attention because Gale Force gets you up to 20% action speed alone by increasing Tailwinds effect by 150%, and adding Slipstre
