PoE Shadow, Channelling builds

I have made a Charged Dash build, here is the PoB link: I am pretty new to making my own builds, so I have probably made a lot of rookie mistakes. Some points: PoB settings have been set to deal damage against Shaper/Guardian; only two utility flasks are also selected as "on" I have tried to just pick average-ish gear, nothing special; I have a good sense of how to modify the rares to make them better, but I am a bit lost as to which uniques would be nice I am not really sure how much damage is needed to kill Shaper. I've fallen in love with ED the past few leagues and decided to theory craft this build while waiting for incursion to start. My inspiration for it was the instant cast of both contagion/ED as without cast speed this interaction feels pretty bad.
