POB: Build Budget is 55ex+Omni+HH. While the HH is obviously not needed for bossing, the build would feel slow in Maps without it. So what you see in the showcase can be accomplished for under 100ex. Build is also not min-maxed yet at all. With higher Tier spell Suppresion on Gear I could save two passive points, with an Enlighten 4 and a different anoint I could save another 3 points + free up a jewel socket or save another 3 points. So up to 8 points in total. And I'm only Lv 93.

Hi, I recently leveled an Omnishot deadeye after getting omni 2x on my main character. I initially tried following FastAF's phys -> cold conversion variant, but just didn't have the currency to fully flesh it out.
