PoE anapoe, Bow builds

Concept The idea here is to actually go low-life, but with a high HP pool to make use of both bloodthirst (2% of max life as added phys when low life) and petrified blood (some damage taken to life while <50% is taken over time instead). Then use doomfletch to scale the massive added flat phys. The target would be 8k life (4k reserved) and 4k es. Bloodthirst would then add ~800 edps. Inquisitor seems like the strongest options, because of the strong hybrid recovery, good crit / stat scaling, ailment immunity, and resist ignore. Elementalist is worth keeping in mind, too, though.
