PoE Tankyness on Pure Evasion Archetype builds

I've tried to explore alternate defensive setups for a couple of archetypes and this is what I've came up with for Pure Evasion Characters. I've chosen Deadeye on purpose because its quite a bit easier to get a lot of Evasion on Raider. This build uses the lowest tier of the Body Armour Flask per 3 sec Implicit and the utility flask charges gained mastery to permanently maintain 5 flasks (Jade Flask has only 92% uptime so a good chunk of a second downtime sadly). Again we Convert around 55% of our phys Damage taken to Elemental
