I've tried to explore alternate defensive setups for a couple of archetypes and this is what I've came up with for Pure Evasion Characters. I've chosen Deadeye on purpose because its quite a bit easier to get a lot of Evasion on Raider.

This build uses the lowest tier of the Body Armour Flask per 3 sec Implicit and the utility flask charges gained mastery to permanently maintain 5 flasks (Jade Flask has only 92% uptime so a good chunk of a second downtime sadly).

Again we Convert around 55% of our phys Damage taken to Elemental - this should be far more generic than having to use dawnbreaker or chieftain ascendancy - it takes a helmet implicit, a helmet craft, a body armour mod and a flask.

Then, we get into heavily stacking %less Damage taken multipliers. This build ends up with an x0.078 damage taken multiplier for elemental Damage, capable of tanking a 10k phys hits with 100% phys as every element (simulated in config) during immortal call. These %less damage multipliers include wind ward, ele flask less damage taken, strength of blood+vaal pact, wind dancer and then we of course have capped spell suppression.

We forego investment into life on the tree and fit in dissolution of flesh - with the slightly reworked wind dancer we will be at 95% chance to evade after getting hit - together with elusive chance to avoid it should be very rare to get hit twice with a big enough attack hit to kill us. The 0,078 damage taken multi for Ele should make sure that we dont get onehit by an elemental hit - if this proves to be a problem (=issues with multiple ele hits preventing dissolution recovery) its possible to opt for 75% spell dodge with slight adjustments to the tree to make sure dissolution recovers enough HP in time.

I didnt try too much to optimize the offensive portion of this build, this hits around 5 mil per helix projectile which should be around 10 mil DPS in most circumstances. I didnt do calcs on Elusive effect, it probably needs to be lowered a fair bit, probably putting the build at 9m Damage. There are still a lot of ways to scale Damage further, an option would be getting some crit on gear and using wise oak as the 5th flask which would free up almost all suffixes to customize this build to your needs.

This is meant as a skeleton for Evasion Characters, I expect it to be usable for Bow builds and most likely also Assassin/Trickster (if the rework is good) Casters.
