PoE Assassin builds with custom stat filters

I quickly got bored of all the builds I played this league so I decided to return to my roots and make an Arc Archmage Elementalist. Hi guys, Made another build for one of the more obscure items in-game so far - Temptation Step. Since the boots only work with travel skills, that leaves us with few options; most are elemental and don't hit very frequently.
