PoE Kinetic Blast builds without Marauder, Ranger

PoB: This build uses Kinetic Blast to Cast on Crit Dark Pact + Chain. I threw this together since I got a minion life relic and always collect CoC poison gear for fun to try stuff. The idea is that KB might sometimes look like a real CoC skill if you chain it off a Tornado. We create Tornadoes and skeletons using Poet's Pen. This build slapped way harder than I expected when I equipped it, so I thought I'd share. I'm wearing literal random gear. The core of the build can be considered poet's pen + watcher's eye + rings.

I currently have a level 87 champion based on wand (power siphon) with impale, also i'm running low life. The boss dps with power siphon is decent, about 2 millions DPS. While mobs dips with kinetic blast not so much. The other problem i have is that i die prettly easly, i'm currently running T12-13-14 maps. I already have some decent stuffs as: Crit armor 400DPS wand Impossible escape Watcher's eye but it doesn't seem enought. I'm looking for feedback on how improve my CF KB Champ. I have 10 divines to work with. I know my life is low and thats something I am working on. Had a hard time with attributes so used some tree points on int+dex to help there. I've gotten the build feeling pretty good in t16, seems like all of the low hanging fruit are taken care of. Any advice on what to go for next? Seems like expensive jewels are the next steps but I've only got around 20d so I'd like to get the most helpful ones first. I'm just farming expedition, what I could use most is something to speed up map and logbook bosses. POB:
