PoE Poisonous Concoction builds with custom stat filters

Hey everyone, I started PCOC during Kalandra and really enjoyed it, and during the pre-league hype for Sanctum I decided to throw my brainpower into scaling it to endgame/Ubers. Alright, I hear you, this is crazy. But it could work! See the PoB. No uniques or jewels of any kind needed. Easy to get spell suppress. Crit immune. Decent dam. Very tanky. Good flask recovery. Great life regen. 20% chance to avoid ele ailments from tree. Everything on lifetap to avoid mana issues. PoB has mostly trash equipment, which is what we'll be using.
