PoE The Red Nightmare builds

Hey guys, It's the first build idea that I'm uploading so far and I do it because I think it's practically broken. I think that the endgame version of this will be basically immortal (In most cases). Budget is certainly variable, but I dumped as much currency into this build as I could afford (est \~400-500ex).
