PoE 3.22 Ancestor, 3.21 Crucible builds without Headhunter, Mageblood, Righteous Fire, Void Sphere with custom stat filters

Hi everybody! So, I have been trying to figure out how to make the Chieftain good. And most of the power of the Chieftain is in how easy it is for him to get defenses. I wanted to see how tanky you could get with a Chieftain, and it turns out that the answer is "absurdly". Here's a pob: I based this build on an existing DD CI Elementalist. But I realized that if you combine Valako, Storm's Embrace and Melding of the Flesh, you can get above +30% max ele resistance. Basically - Valako doesn't stop you from getting non-fire max resists. And they add together. 15%

Basically the title. Build below, possibly a few unreasonable things ticked in POB, but it's a mapper so flasks and charges are usually up. Struggling to find my next upgrades that aren't 20divs worth of reworking gear for 3% more damage. The next thing I was planning on was crafting another wand and buying an alt quality inspiration to account for the lost mana regen, but unless I craft a really gg wand it won't be that big of an upgrade. first time doing COC cant figure out whats wrong with my build when I'm fighting single enemies/bosses feels like im either never hitting or never hitting crits, on pob says my main hand accuracy is 100% and my crit is 100%. any help majorly appreciate.

PoB: Hi, I was doing some MF and thought " would be nice if i could use the ghost strat on my own" but i was playing BV so cant do. Had to level an other character, probably pathfinder as it seems to be the optimal ascendancy but i was too lazy to spend 4 hours in leveling. I am trying to make some kind of trickster build leveraging CI, Aegis, and Iron reflexes to stack a ton of armour, block and max res. My attempt thus far is using lightning trap for damage but I don't know that this is the right direction. I can only crack about 1 mil damage (I think it would really be at least 2 mil thanks to nimis) but I am hoping to get a bit more. I don't know how well POB calculates lightning trap damage so it could be a fair bit more. I would guess so far this build would cost about 50 div or so but it is hard to say. [
