PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.25 Kalguur, 3.24 Necropolis Kinetic Blast builds with custom stat filters

POB: I followed maxroll.gg guide for it but I think i pretty much covered all the basis, the only thing that I was thinking I could improve was +2 neck and better jewels, can someone offer other upgrades I may be missing? First time with MB so not sure what flask setup I should use
