Maybe one of the most difficult build to level up i've ever done, really irregular at this stage in its efficiency.
Sometimes you rape everything and sometimes you get one shot just like that. Hard to stack up the levels to the build minimal stage (lvl 97) without carry, i guess i'll buy my levels at some points.
Sad for a char on which you have to invest +/- 35 divs at bare minimum for having it working pretty ok. I'm sure this will simply kill my affliction league that started pretty well with maw of mischief elementalist, really smooth to play in comparison...
