PoE CosmicZinga builds

Hey everyone. I've been cooking an idea up in my head to make a build as the title suggests. The concept is: \- Endurance charge stacking (with some power charges too) \- Ralakesh boots with badge of the brotherhood for use of all 3 charges (current setup has 9 endurance, 5 power/5 frenzy) \- Arn's Anguish = 9 brutal charges currently \- Brutus' Lead sprinkler with some decent strength stacking and redblade banner because I don't know a better option for the slot. I have a large budget to dump into this to try something different. I've levelled the character to 78 as of this moment

So today I decided to revisit my eternity shroud build idea after playing brands all league so far and getting bored of it. My idea is to use the new glacial cascade since gc is my favorite skill. I started putting the build together earlier in the league but made some pretty good adjustments today. There's a couple small upgrades left I want to make but the last main part of my idea I haven't figured out yet and would like some help. That is abusing eternity shrouds glimpse of eternity somehow by self proc-ing it more often, or VERY often preferably as it would be a nice defensive layer to ha
