Notes:
I have a +1 power charge kitava's thirst with a take 50% reduced damage from crits 6 link cloak of defiance and the utmost along with some other pieces to turn the build into a power charge stacker setup but I never ended up getting a +1 power charge ring. I can provide those items for an upgrade path for the build if you want.
