Due to changes to Arcane Surge, Tulfall and Bubonic Trail I've been theorycrafting a generic elemental caster build for a templar and I'd like to hear your input. &x200B; The base relies on interaction between Tulfall and Malachai's Loop - Tulfall gives us massive cold damage to spells and Frenzy Charge generation at the cost of reseting our Power Charges each time we hit max, and Malachai's Loop gives us +2 max Power charges and quite a bit of %increased spell damage but in return we reset our Power Charges each time we hit max (same as Tulfall) and additionally shocks us.
