PoE Blade Vortex, Lightning builds without Mageblood

I have been playing Wild Strike in the past and always had a blast. This league i want to give it another go with this build i made. I was prety shocked by the Voidforge prices though, so i guess i won't leaguestart with this. I'm unsure whether i should go with Grace or Determination. I also don't really know what other skills i should use so i made a CWDT Blade Vortex thingy to create power charges. Feel free to give me some suggestions

So, i changed some gems, some items and recrafted my sword with a close to perfect tree on it. Also ditched the astral projector. Discharge becomes to strong and with astral you kill stuff before you flicker to it. Kind of a weird play style as it auto targets everything but it bricks flickerstrike movement. Also ditched multistrike and faster attacks. With blood dance its possible to get our attack speed very close to 3.78 attacks per second. No need to aim for multiples of that. I've been working on a PoB for a Lightning Conduit build that doesn't require using multiple skills. Just run through the map and press one button to kill packs. This is achieved by using Choir of the Storm and having 100% crit chance on Lightning Conduit. In addition, when running into a new pack, they should be shocked by Lightning Bolt, which is triggered by Herald of Thunder having a high crit chance. Just in case we need a little more coverage, we can also use Fire Burst on hit with elemental proliferation to further spread shock every 1s. Make sure your cast speed doesn't go over 5

POB (edited after feedback): POB (original): POB only works on desktop client, web one doesn't have skills for some reason. This was originally a BV/EK Stormwall into Fulcrum full conversion build, but then they removed Stormwall so I had to change plans or be left without being able to league start. This is now a Lightning Conduit Agnerod into Fulcrum build that uses BV with Shaper of Storms to shock everyone 7.5 times a second, and Lightning Conduit to deal damage

Forgot to tab but the map mods were more life + extra damage + monster resist + poison on hit + chilled ground iirc. It's a really short clip that doesn't do the build justice but I just wanted to show a proof of concept. Finished 36/40 challenges last week playing this build primarily (and another build to do Uber Atziri). Cleared all content, including The Feared after I found out the Atziri there has no reflect. Probably can't do 100% Delirium though, if that's what you want. - PoB.
