PoE Lioneye's Vision, Projectile builds

Last I've played poe was during the blight league and I've only really used builds I've found on the forums, but coming back now I wanted to try playing the next league making my own builds and seeing how far I can go with them. As the title, what do you think the pros and cons of each ascendancy are? I have drafted up 2 PoBs. I think people normally use Splitting Steel for clear, but when I socket it, it doesn't seem to be that much better for clear than Lancing Steel so I didn't bother. &x200B; &x200B;

Here's my PoB with everything up. DPS is in an ideal scenario which actually happens quite often. Press flasks & focus and pretty much everything in the game dies in a couple seconds. Survivability comes from the fact that the average hit is so massive that i can freeze everything permanently, well everything that isn't straight up immune to freeze, such as Sirus and similar bosses. Hi all, I wanted to give the 3.15 CoC builds a try and figured I'd make a hipster/meme build. SST is currently extremely easy to get a VERY high crit chance using an ES shield with seething fury. Similarly, Ice Spear doesn't require a particularly large investment into crit for nearly maximum crit. Build is not fully optimized. SST can crit a LOT of times with a single throw due to SST chaining. Lioneye's armor is used for the 7th socket for more damage. Deadeye for more chaining/projectiles/mark effectiveness.
