PoE Spell builds with custom stat filters

Hey guys, because of the timing of the posts on the subreddit today (/u/Metaphoricalsimile and /u/thatsrealneato both posted very relevant topics to my build), I decided to post a Simulacrum W30 clear here to show the power of this build that I used to complete 36 Challenges this League. After torturing myself with possibly the most clunky earthshatter slam build last league, I've decided to return to the good ol' Cyclone CoC archetype. Mostly inspired by this build ( and the relative juiciness of PF TR to league start post-patch, Pathfinder looks like an overall top-tier class in which to invest. ​ Obviously, this endgame min-maxed PoB will still be able to do all content with ~200m DPS, but the question is whether a mid-range build that transitions from TR at 20-30 ex investment will suffice for elder/shaper guardians and above.
