I've been running a Poison Caustic Arrow Ballista build (very close to Palestron's), but have come across a tweak which seems to have boosted the damage significantly, but which I haven't seen mentioned in conjunction with the build, so wanted to check my understanding is correct. In short I've switched out the Belt and Boots for Oledya's Delight and Ralekesh's Impatience. My understanding is that the boots are giving me the effect of max Frenzy/Endurance/Power charges (even though I can't see them), but separately my Frenzy Right-click stacks up Affliction charges.
