PoE Juggernaut builds with custom stat filters

PoB: Finally finished my weapon for this build and wanted to give it a spin. Looking like some good damage :)

I'm using the term 'budget' as I'm using cheap alternatives to otherwise perfectly optimized character. No forbidden flesh/ashes/mageblood ect. In fact in seems that the most expensive parts of the build are the alternative gems (divergent inspiration) and two transcendent spirit jewels. I haven't played an accuracy stacker before and the new juggernaut changes had me tinkering around in PoB. The build sports: 60k armour + molten shell 9m DPS (no vaal warchief or shock) High elusive effect 650 life regen + leech Warp speed whirling blades (gotta go fast) The downsides: Needs

Theory crafting a Righteous Fire Juggernaut. Focusing on Endurance Charges, Damage and Survivability, then AoE. Tanky, with big AoE. This build will be in Standard, and beyond what is already in the PoB, has an additional roughly 100ex budget. I'm just trying to make sure I haven't missed anything that isn't obvious to me. I like having at or above 5k life, and would like to keep max res without Endurance Charges if possible. It's my first build I've tried making, so hopefully it isn't too terrible. This is my slow tempo league starter, and its facetanking minotaur and hydra at once, boss dps is around 3 mil. Yes, I admire uberdan, and it is my copied version of his last league 'hipster spectral helix ascendent. I am sc trade player and tried to integrate new mechanics like precise technique, mark on hit support with frenzy charge generation mastery, intimidate implicit on gloves(red exarch currency, lowest tier is fine I think).
