PoE Cold builds with custom stat filters

After torturing myself with possibly the most clunky earthshatter slam build last league, I've decided to return to the good ol' Cyclone CoC archetype. Mostly inspired by this build ( and the relative juiciness of PF TR to league start post-patch, Pathfinder looks like an overall top-tier class in which to invest. ​ Obviously, this endgame min-maxed PoB will still be able to do all content with ~200m DPS, but the question is whether a mid-range build that transitions from TR at 20-30 ex investment will suffice for elder/shaper guardians and above. the idea here is to have a full army of animated minions, getting layers of % of phys damage as extra cold, and then converting the phys damage of minions into cold in order to abuse hatred's more cold damage buff. Dps seems fine enought, but the problem seems to be gathering the animated weapon army on boss fights, as you need to raise lingering blades first, so that they raise animated guardian's weapon on hit. Hello everyone. So, as I already mentioned in this post I was thinking about running Petrified Blood + Berserk package with Elemental Hit to see if it works as well.
