I've been kicking around an idea of using the crazy quality you can get from dialla's malefaction with a green socketed divergent boneshatter, and red socketed enhance. This lets you get a crazy amount of quality. Problem is, you give up basically all armor for this. But with tainted pact and the new leech tattoos, you can use leech with strength of blood to cap pdr, and rely on self poison for health. Here's a quick pob that I tossed together.
