PoE Cyclone, Hex builds without Awakened Cast On Critical Strike, Cast On Critical Strike with custom stat filters

Hey folks, I've finally finished my video on my top 5 minion league starters for 3.22. The builds use inexpensive gear for the league start versions and should be decent at doing both ToTa and Sanctum.
