PoE SullenJester00 builds

This is where I'm currently at. I haven't played minions for a long time so there's probably room for improvement. The build meant to be SC SSF, the gear is a bit ambitious but I think this is the char for the whole league. &x200B; The theoretical single target is around 9 mil, but because the nature of the build it's more like 5-6 effective.
