Hello, I've seen a lot of folks trying to make a CoC FR and I want to share some knowledge about the exact stat values you want to strive for. I think people understand the theory behind how cast on crit works but maybe don't have a mental picture of what that translates to stat requirement wise. I know there are many excellent guides out there and I would defer to them where possible.
